How could I wear these shoes? ?

Hi okay so I've been looking for a confirmation outfit, I like pumps but I can not walk in them. I love oxfords and I think these are cute http://m.bakersshoes.com/product.aspx?oid=195283 I kinda like them in beige, would they look bad with a pencil skirt? Or what could I wear with them? Preferably with a pencil skirt. Please help! :)
