What is meant by this video.............. muslims?

Muslims are called to prayer 5 times a day from the mosque by a muezzin. Presumably this is an islamic radio station which broadcasts the call to prayer and so they stop their cars to pray. I don't speak arabic so I can't tell you what they're saying.
