Why did my question come up on Yahoo Answers and then not show up?

I asked a question an hour ago and it appeared on the site because I added the link later, then when I added the link a minute later it disappeared. I was trying to get something resolved because someone hacked my email account, impersonated me and then sent out a murder threat to another user and it got me permabanned from Piforums. I need help and need to know how I can get back on.
