How would this laptop do for gaming?

okay that doesnt even begin to make sense. the refresh rate and the number of pixels have nothing to do with eachother. this laptop isnt very good for the price you could get a way better one. however due to it having an okay processor and a good graphics card it can probably run crysis 2 and portal2
