CMOS settings & Date & Time changes?

I have a Core 2 Dual Proccessor. 2GB Ram, 512mb Graphic Card. I am having an error at startup that says CMOS settings error & someting about Date & Time. After that my Date & Time changes automatically. Please help with diagrams if I have to resolve this problem by opening the cabinet of my PC. .
