37 weeks and 2 days too early to pack for hospital if having a scheduled C-section for second time?

This is my 2nd child, and i am currently 37 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I am having a C-section on July 8th. With my daughter I didn't have my bag packed cause I went to the doctors office at 38 weeks and 5 days and he sent me over to the hospital to be induced due to high blood pressure. But with my daughter I hadn't dilated and barely started to efface, soften. My doctor checked me at my visit this week and my cervix had just barely started to soften. So I was just wondering, should I go ahead and pack my bag and my daughters bag for the stay at my in-laws or wait til the end of June. My husband thinks I should wait. I was just wondering others opinions.
